Dedicated to my mother company Unitedworld and Karnavati University celebrating 16th Anniversary. Here's an employee speaking his heartout about the organization.

I joined Unitedworld in 2009 in Kolkata office and was perhaps the fifth employee of the organisation. I feel very nostalgic when I remember those early days of our beginning from a small office at Technopolis building and our Kolkata Campus was not even existing and was at the initial stage of construction. But that small office taught me about team productivity and injected a strong bonding with emotions for the organisation because our small team were unitedly working to make a large dream successful. We gradually became like a family. We worked even for whole night at times and working in those days was just like a fun we experience in a joint family. We worked day and night, travelled extensively, fought like cats and dogs, but end of the day we achieved as a team. And we received maximum support from our Senior Management. In 2012 I left the organization and that was a mistake for me which I feel today. I wanted to see the outer world and joined other organizations for minor hikes. But I had to make a comeback in 2014 as I was not enjoying my work elsewhere. And this time I joined the Ahmedabad Campus. In 2016 again I left and this was my second mistake. There's a saying that in the whole world, only a mother pardons her child again and again and accepts her son. Unitedworld is just like my mother company who accepted me twice after I left.  This is only possible when the top management values the old employees and treat them with emotional bonding. I have seen the outerworld. There are much bigger organizations than Unitedworld offering you much more facilities and may be money. But end of the day there is something called love and emotion which is there with Unitedworld and not there with most of the other organizations. This organization treats the employees like a family.

I heartily congratulate my mother organisation Uniworld Edutech Limited for completing 16th year of it's long journey as the Ahmedabad campus started in 2004 on this day. I am proud to be a part of this great organisation.

These are my take aways while being a part of the Unitedworld.

1. Strong bonding between employees.

2. Love and emotional bonding with the Senior management and their kind support to any extent concerning personal or official matter.

3. The top management thinks for their employees.

4. Liberty and independence to work, perform and achieve goals.

5. Festive atmosphere.

Most importantly, this is an employee friendly organization which is not too professional as an organization and this is the advantage for the employees as we don't depend on formalities and work in an informal atmosphere. From day one if you believe that you are a part of this family and put your hard efforts for the company, you can retire happily from this organization. 60 percent of the employees are working here for more tban 8-10 years and that's something amazing.
