Yes. The PGDM program of UWSB is recognised by AICTE.

What is the difference between BBA and BBA (hons. ) ? 

Basically both the courses are same. The basic difference is that you can specialise in a certain subject in BBA(H). while as BBA course gives you an overview of all those subjects taught in honour's course.

The course duration of BBA(H) is of 4 years. While for general BBA it is of 3 years. And In BBA(H) depth knowledge of subject is given while General BBA gives overview of subject.

Admission procedure and eligibility criteria for BBA ( Hons ). 

One must be sound in English and must possess more than 50% marks in Class 10th and 12th standard. Apply online and apoear for KUAT exam. After successfully accomplishing through KUAT exam, one has to apoear for the interview process before he or she is finally selected for adnission in BBA program. 

Admission procedure and eligibility criteria for PGDM - 

A minimum of 50 % marks is required in Graduation. A student appearing in final year exsm of Graduation can also apply. One must have a valid scorecard of CAT/XAT/MAT/GMAT/CMAT or any other exam of national repute. The candidates have to successfully accomplish through the GD and PI process. The admission will be offered on the basis of the overall weightage given on overall academic career, competitive score card, GD and PI scores and communication skill. 

What is the full form of PGDM ? 
The full form of PGDM is Post Graduate Diploma in Management which is equivalent to MBA. 

What is the duration of PGDM course ?
The duration if a PGDM program is for 2 years. 

Is PGDM valid for Government jobs ? 
Yes. A PGDM is valid from.Govt. jobs provided the institute offering PGDM is approved by AICTE.

What is PGDM syllabus ? 
Apart from the core Management subjects, this 2-years program is chiefly divided into four semesters of academic delivery and 2 months of industry internship, with added modules on Soft skills, Leadership, Public Speaking, Business Communication, Networking skills, Negotiation skills, MS Office skills, Team Building and other personality re-engineering programs, internship preparation, GDPI preparation, industry exploration & engagement, newspaper reading and contemporary issues discussions.

Can PGDM be done after 12th ?
No. PGDM can only be done after Graduation.

What is the difference between MBA and PGDM?
Ans. A PGDM is a Post Graduate Diploma in Management offered by an AICTE approved Institute whereas a MBA is the Master of Business Administration and is a degree offered by the UGC approved Universities. Since PGDM is a diploma, it is offered by the institutes whereas MBA is a degree and therefore offered by Universities. There is no difference between a PGDM and MBA in job market and Corporate world. Infact a PGDM is equivalent to MBA. For example, all the IIMs are offering PGDM only.

That first drop of rain on my eyelid at Mussoorie.

Cool breeze blowing in a dark, cloudy, stormy Mussoorie evening and I stare at the sky above the mountains to see the birds flying back home with their usual chirping. Suddenly a drop of rain falls into my eyelid and creates a hazy vision of Mussoorie Mall road. And then a sudden glimpse of someone after 30 years !!!!  Before I could take another look at her,  the downpour and the reflections on the rainy streets drove me back to the flashbacks of waiting outside the school gate in those rainy afternoons, covering my face beneath an umbrella after school hours to get a sight of her.
